Assertis has been providing train ticket retailing systems to UK train operators since 2008, for which we are accredited by Rail Settlement Plan (RSP). We are also licensed by the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) to sell tickets directly to the public. We are one of only three train ticket retailers that retails direct to the public (B2C); provides ticket retailing for large and small businesses (B2B); and provides online ticket retailing for train operating companies (white label).Our team is highly experienced - collectively we have over 200 years' experience in ticket retailing - and is innovative, collaborative and focused on the needs of the customer. We understand rail data and how rail retailing and information works, and bring solutions to life across desktop, tablet and mobile platforms.Uniquely we have also formed On Track Retail (OTRL) - a joint venture with The Go-Ahead Group in which Assertis owns a 50% share - to offer ticket retailing and information to the Govia TOCs and beyond. Assertis' own key customers include Caledonian Sleeper, Chiltern Railways and, until the franchise change, Northern Rail.
