BARJANE Details
BARJANE is a real estate company strongly committed to sustainable development. Convinced that logistics is a successful and forward-looking sector of the economy, BARJANE is determined to be a leading player in the sector’s transformation and further improve its image. BARJANE develops tomorrow’s logistics real estate; innovative, responsible and value-creating assets benefitting its customers, their employees, the regions where the projects are developed and the environment. To achieve this, BARJANE is responsible for the entirety of each project from planning the initial design to realisation, including ongoing asset management together with the installation of photovoltaic power plants on the roofs. This active asset management strategy allows BARJANE to provide high-quality real estate opportunities for its customers whilst simultaneously offering environmental benefits to the local community and surrounding area. As the ultimate investor and long-term owner of the buildings it develops, BARJANE objective is to procure best in class projects in terms of architectural, landscaping and environmental qualities. Created in 2006, BARJANE is managed by its founders: Julie Barlatier Prieuret and her brother Léo Barlatier. They both truly believe that companies not only have economic targets to maintain but also have the responsibility to find new ways of working which protect the planet. They wanted to surround themselves with a multi-disciplinary team that shares their ethical vision working on a daily basis to create environmentally worthwhile projects. Combining the ambition of a market-leader and the agility of a SME, BARJANE prides itself on the delivery of high quality buildings and satisfying its stakeholders. BARJANE embraces an innovative CSR strategy which covers all projects within the group so that the team, the users and the community all feel proud of the end result.
