Be Enriched is a charity based in South London. Formed in 2013 by youth and community workers to support and benefit disenfranchised young people by providing them with volunteering opportunities in London, the U.K. and around Europe.We have three community canteens based around South London, in which we use surplus food donated by local retailers to deliver healthy, three course meals to some of the most marginalised groups in our society. Our community meals aim to strengthen community ties as well as mitigating the effects of poverty and reducing social isolation. In addition, we provide training initiatives for young people, as well as volunteers from all walks of life, developing both kitchen and social skills.We are pollinating an area near you with community initiatives that create opportunities for education, participation and inspiration.We are currently looking for sponsorship and corporate volunteers.
