Creature Learning is a learning design studio founded by Jonathan Axtell and Jesse Sleamaker,based in the Bay Area. We design and create learning experiences and tools for the socialsector. We also represent a network of collaborators (instructional designers, web and designprofessionals, filmmakers, illustrators, etc) that are looking to boost understanding of social andenvironmental issues through vibrant learning experiences.Our clients are asking how to build the right technology for their learners, how to designengaging learning experiences, and how to relate their learning strategy to their organization'sbroader goals. We provide strategic consulting, experience design services, and production forpowerful learning experiences. We do this for a wide variety of audience types, includinginternal stakeholders and employees, distributed networks, customers, members, andconstituents.Our primary learning habitats are environmental stewardship, citizen activation, andintergenerational poverty. Past clients include Airbnb, We First, California Dairy Research Foundation,Ideo.org, Greenpeace, Bridgespan Consulting, and B Lab.
