ED is a Company that acts as ‘HUB' between INDUSTRY and TRADE within the market of Technical Consumer Goods (TCG). Role of the Company is a 'Trust Mediator' that provides services aimed at optimizing the business profitability and go-to-market's process, leveraging internal skills and owned patents (SYNCHRObyED® platform and Apps) to facilitate the integration of all processes in the chain value. The organizational structure of ED is characterized by a Corporate Office and Distribution business lines. The Corporate Office is responsible for all platform services of the Company, whose include finance, purchasing, human resources, fiscal affairs, contracts and patents management. The Office is also in charge of Services department, whose main asset is represented by the consultants who work for it and use of patents related to the platform SYNCHRObyED ®. Electronics Distribution is the Business Line that takes care of warehousing, distribution and sales in italian territory, through its own sales force and partnerships in place for logistics, monitoring and in-store execution activities. This line of business is the distribution structure of the Company, led by a LKAM and a Sales Manager, which respectively coordinate a team of Key Account Managers, focused on Global Account, and a national sales organization of macro Agencies and Agents (*) to cover the entire territory.Y
