EDS was established as a private company in 1994 with headquarter in Bangkok in order to serve and offer complex integrated service solutions, fulfillment, and multi-commodity repairs with the further option of managing the total outsourcing of all the customers warranty responsibilities, including OEMs. Since then we have growth through both acquisition and sustained organic development, Currently we have more than one hundred employees, totally divided into In-House Repair Engineers, Field Service Engineers, Administration and Customer Service Officer. All of our staffs have Training provided by original products, being experience in Repair Monitor, Printer, PC, Notebooks, PCB Main, AV products, Camcorder, MP3 and Cell phone, POS terminal, Banking products, and etc... With the greatly attempt, EDS has expanded in a short period of time by founded the other operation centers in Bangkok area as following locations : Srinakarin Road, Bangkok (Head Office) Pantip Plaza, Bangkok Zeer Rangsite Plaza, Bangkok MBK, Fortune Town, Bangkok The Repair and Refurbishment at Head Office spread over 3,000 sq ft are compliant with international standards.
