EngOut is Ryerson University's student group for LGBTQ+ engineers. Our mission is to advocate for diversity and inclusion in engineering to empower LGBTQ+ students, and create more inclusive and equitable spaces for queer and trans students on and off campus.We host a number of social and professional events throughout the year aimed at unifying and empowering aspiring LGBTQ+ engineers. We encourage community involvement and participation, so all are welcome at our events!EngOut is a subsidiary of Ryerson Engineering Student Society (RESS) and EngiQueers Canada.
