Explainy is a tool for online tutoring. Three main "components" that Explainy covers: 1) It's a cross-platform (Web, PC, Android, iOS) online tutoring whiteboard. So you can effectively conduct your lessons on any device you wish. Except standard functionality such as audio, video, drawing and etc, Explainy works with digital pens like Yifang pen or Equil, making writing easier.Another important distinction that Explainy records a class in our special workbook format. The format allows you easy to skim through pages of the class like through usual workbook. But if skimming doesn't help you to remember information needed, you can play the class like video but it would be animation with audio narration. Thus the class recording works as workbook for fast repetition and as video for deeper repetition. One hour class takes about 20 Mb.Also Explainy allows simultaneous watching of Youtube, so you can play, stop, rewind. It's very convenient to show a physical experiment or to conduct listening exercise when you teach foreign language.2) It's a messenger. Mobile Explainy messenger connects the student and the teacher immediately. For quick help the class can be conducted directly on a mobile phone or tablet. 3) It's a content creation tool. The app saves whiteboard information with voice notes and comments. Everything that you do on whiteboard saves in our special workbook format with your audio narration. So you can blend your learning online or simply create a content as fast as possible. Our output format is similar to Khan Academy video scribing, but you can see all information scribed at once because the output is not video it's workbook with audio narration. Common usage are homework checking (simply add photo to the board, narrate and share link) and problem solving explanation.
