Founded in 1983, Hotline SA. has been serving for more than 25 years private and public industries ( KPMG, Mazars, Air France, Crédit Agricole, Municipalities…), namely through its IT-helpdesk activity. Since 2003 Hotline launched its Voice Services department “Naturalvoice” to offer high-quality and flexible solutions to large and medium industries willing to improve their customer relationship over the phone. Hotline is a VoiceXML Forum supporter member, developing a multi-platform VoiceXML software suite as well as off-the-shelf voice services and hosted applications, selected by large industry players, telecom operators and local governments. Hotline is a member and co-founder of itSMF France association, which develops and promotes best practices related to ITIL standard, and a supporter member of VoiceXML forum.
