Hi, I am Dr Marloes de Munnik. Learning developer, researcher & training advisor for technical, health and science-related organizations. I decided to establish MdM Learnscape to offer support to organizations in developing learning solutions and learning development related research.With MdM Learnscape I am providing short or mid-term learning project support and advisory.MdM Learnscape offers support and advisory to organizations that aim to focus on the improvement of their employee performance, skills, behavior, or capabilities through the development of learning solutions as part of their training strategy.I also offer support and advisory to Universities and Schools in the development of learning programs & academic and private research engagements.Bringing 18 years of professional experience in learning development to the table – in the various stages of identifying a training need, the design, development, delivery, and assessment.I have a PhD degree in education and labour in the field of workplace learning. The PhD has given me a solid academic background to inform my learning development decisions. The thesis ' learning for work in a changing digital technology context in a technical industry' connected multiple disciplines, work and education.My bachelor and a master's degree in Biological Science Education with a special focus on EdTech (ICT) are degrees from the Netherlands.
