Misriyati was founded in early 2004 as an initiative incubated by Nahdet El Mahrousa, and was established as a social enterprise (1) with limited responsibility in 2014. Through our ten years of existence, our team has acquired considerable experience in the field of design, implementation and accompaniment of transformative learning experience, in the fields of diversity and conflict resolution. Starting its work within the social sector, it has slowly expanded its field of action to include the business and the educational sectors. Misriyati has experience in the development and customization of learning content that is adapted to different social and professional contexts, and that is based on interactive and reflective methodologies. As such, it has developed its own basic learning modules. These are constantly reviewed and adapted, based on the experience gained and as on the needs and contexts of application.
