DESIGN:We are experienced at taking your part from concept to a 3D model ready to be tooled.TOOLING:We are capable of building high volume production tooling as well as cost effective low volume tooling.MATERIALS:We are familiar with many resins and regularly work with Poly Carbonate, Poly Propylene, ABS, Nylon, Acetal, HDPE, LDPE, and several engineered materials including materials with a variety of fillers including glass, talc, mineral, carbon, Teflon and ESD additives.EQUIPMENT:We have 10 horizontal injection molding machines ranging in size from 40 ton to 250 ton.LOCATION: Home office is located in Lebanon, Indiana.Our second location is in Rowlette, Texas.CERTIFICATION:Our Rowlett location has been ISO and UL certified.
