mozaiq was a joint venture created with the intention of its investors––ABB, Bosch, and Cisco––to make a mark on the developing IoT industry. Starting with its initial concept of a new gateway solution, mozaiq pivoted towards offering a platform and a combination tool for configuring cloud-based products and services together. A user could simply integrate their API and then gain access to the entire mozaiq API marketplace, regardless of brand, to easily create multiple use cases. This concept was launched in September 2018 at the IFA in Berlin and several renowned brands were among the first customers and cloud partners.In early 2019, the investors discontinued their joint venture cooperation. Currently, mozaiq is in the process of licensing the developed software.
