We believe that meetings are the biggest single hidden cost within an organisation. Unmeasured and unmonitored, they frustrate great employees and allow some to hide by being unproductively ‘busy'.We also asked employees about their meeting experiences and almost unanimously eyes were rolled as people described being ‘bored to tears' and attending only ‘because they had to'.It doesn't need to be this way.
