Equipment LevelModern building equipment utilizes digital controllers to process feedback from sensors to determine an appropriate action and maintain the desired result. We design and optimize these sequences of operation ensuring building efficiency at the lowest level.2. Building LevelEach piece of equipment has a specific task, but building optimization is not achieved unless all equipment and facility functions are working in harmony with each other. We specialize in getting disparate systems talking to each other and making decisions that effect the needs of the entire building, and not just individual subsystems.3. Enterprise LevelJust as equipment talks to other equipment at the building level, buildings talk to buildings at the enterprise level. Analyzing buildings with similar functional requirements allows us to discover why some facilities perform better than others and what can be done to achieve their common goal.4. Grid LevelNo system is completely isolated. At the grid level we take action based on information coming from sources outside of our control. For instance, as energy prices vary from the utility company, we reduce or increase consumption.
