Scan2Move introduces the innovative new system to control the moving process. By using the Scan2Move solution, you can create a digital inventory list of all items being moved. There are 4 stages in our system: House Check, Loading, Middle Scan and Unloading.House check takes place in the beginning of the loading or unloading. The crew leader walks through the house and makes notes and photos of the condition of the house. This protects the moving company at the later stage if transferee claims damages on their house.During Loading, the packer can create bar codes and print them out on site, take photos of damaged or special items, make notes, capture digital signatures, and eventually upload the data to the server.Middle Scan can take place at any stage after the loading has been completed. This creates a GPS and time-stamp at the moment the Middle Scan is done.Unloading allows the packing team to easily scan all the items while they are being carried in upon arrival. At this point, if there are missing or broken items, it is easy to record that data for further processing. The information from all four of these stages is loaded on our server, where all the appropriate parties have access with unique user names and passwords. Further, the Scan2Move system has the ability to translate inventory lists from one language to another with the push of a button. In case there are damaged items, it's very easy to see at which stage of the process the damage occurred, clarifying the responsibility between the moving company and transferee, as well as between the internal parties during the move. To make accessing the data more convenient, all data is stored in a cloud.
