Utilising artificial intelligence and spatial services, Forecaz provides the ability to geospatially view the predicted urban growth across a region and the resulting demand on services and infrastructure networks such as roads, water and sewerage.Forecaz Modeller allows for different scenarios to be defined with different growth parameters that can be used for "what if" analysis. Users can spatially compare forecast models and visually find the locations where large variances are occurring within the scenarios.
