SocialSource is a mission-driven company focused on bringing the Family Internet to the mobile native generation. Our technology enables parent-crowdsourcing of relevant and appropriate content and age-specific access for kids. Phew!, our first mobile app, makes YouTube and web content safe for kids. Our simple curation process lets parents pick and appropriate age for YouTube videos, music, online games and websites, stores it in the cloud, and kids when kids log into their account they only see what's approved for their age. Since we built out technology to handle any form of digital media, we will be taking the same approach to apps, games, streaming media and downloadable media. As an age-specific media distribution platform, Phew! will be the Family Internet.
