What started out as a college project, turned into a full fledged business, Starting out fixing computers, then providing desktop support for mom and pop shops in the Miami area. I began my ServiceNow journey in 2013 and as the years passed I went on to learn more and more. One frustration I always had was that the organizations I worked for, did not use ServiceNow to its fullest potential. It was just a line item. I wanted to learn more, use the system more, and show the power of ServiceNow. I started Solutions: IT! in order to do three things. Learn more about the platform. Work with different clients who really wanted to see the platform's potential and finally, Love what I do each and every day. My goal is to make Solutions: IT! a powerful well-known force in the ServiceNow space, and work towards being the only 100% Veteran and Minority-owned and operated ServiceNow solutions provider in the United States. Meaning all owners, and employees are former members of the United States Armed Forces. You trusted us to serve the country. Now let us serve your business!
