Sympler is a new kind of remote qualitative research platform that uses chat technology to scale the way clients collect rich consumer insights. It works by interviewing respondents in the private spaces of messaging (Instagram DMs, Snapchat, and Facebook Messenger) where people are at their most relaxed and emotionally honest.
