We are excited to bring accessible, effortless, affordable and environmentally-friendly electronic waste recycling and disposal, as well as onsite consulting, support and training sessions to households and organizations in the cities of Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha and Marion, IA. At Update+ we strive to build a better future for not only our generation, but many to come. We work to educate the young and young at heart in the fields of information technology and environmentalism. Our collective experiences have taught us that everyone is a life long learner, and often forging awareness in a small group can make an exponential difference. We seek to instill a sense of accountability within our community through public outreach and neighborhood events in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. Green Technology - We are currently accepting unwanted laptops, desktops, light fixtures, mobile phones, routers/modems & various other electronics. At this time, we are unable to accept TVs or desktop monitors (CRTs).
