Shrofile is a unique and interactive video based platform that gives a snapshot into every professional's personality, passion and preferences. In today’s world, it is immensely important for professionals to build themselves as brands and differentiate themselves from others. Shrofile enables professionals to showcase their personality to the world by recording short 30 sec videos. Each video covers a professional's response to more than 60 personality related topics present on the platform. Shrofile aims to bring professionals and employers together like never before, making the first interaction a more enriching experience. Short videos created by professionals allow organisations to view and experience future employees and discover them outside of their CVs. Even companies get a chance to showcase their own culture, brand and vision to the world by broadcasting videos of their own distinguished management and leadership teams enabling all stakeholders to discover the persona and charisma of the organisation.
