ONLINE Computing / MasterTools Software ERP
Ted Murphy's Company Details
ONLINE Computing has spent the past 50 years helping small to mid-sized businesses across the U.S. utilize the MasterTools software suite to manage activities, solve problems, and report results-things that matter in profitably growing your business. We have current clients that have used MasterTools for over 25 years. Can any other ERP provider say that? How many providers have even been around that long? From the outset of using our integrated conversion tools to generating your first reports directly to PDF or spreadsheets with printer, fax or email destinations, MasterTools users testify that dealing directly with the developers of the software, instead of a reseller or integrator, makes a real difference in their organization's go-live experience. Whether your concern is to pick and ship from one of your warehouses, raw material or work center scheduling for your manufacturing operation, lot or serial number traceability for your sensitive materials, repairs tracking for your equipment or inventory levels on your service technician's trucks, you can draw on the MasterTools software suite to create a solution that best “fits” your needs. Your finance department will be comforted in knowing that there will never be any batches left to post because MasterTools operates in real-time, meaning that if the transaction is entered, it automatically impacts any related financial accounts. If you would rather focus on growing your business than be worried about IT staffing, you can rest assured that many MasterTools clients operate without any dedicated IT staffs. ONLINE can also configure MasterTools to operate locally or be hosted by ONLINE servers providing redundant backup for disaster recovery. Contact ONLINE Computing today and we can discuss your needs, talk about other clients using MasterTools in industries or environments with needs similar to yours or schedule a MasterTools demonstration.
